This policy explains how information submitted through the player profile form on selley9.com is handled.
Who handles your information
The form is operated for Ahinga B. Selemani’s personal football recruitment and player-placement work. Ahinga B. Selemani determines the recruitment purpose and is the intended recipient and controller of player submissions. Laredo Heat SC is referenced as his current role and a major professional affiliation; this form is not presented as a general Laredo Heat SC recruitment portal.
Information collected
The form collects the details you choose to submit, including your name, date of birth, nationality, location, email, optional phone number, playing position, current or most recent club or academy, playing level, preferred foot, optional height, football video and profile links, the opportunity you seek, and your message.
For a player under 18, the form also requires a parent or legal guardian’s name, email address and an explicit confirmation that the guardian has reviewed the submission and agrees to contact. Do not submit medical records, identity documents, academic records or other sensitive documents.
Why the information is used
The information is used to assess a player profile for relevant football opportunities or current recruitment needs, communicate about the submission, and protect the form from misuse. A submission does not guarantee a trial, contract, scholarship, representation, roster place or placement.
Delivery and service providers
The website does not maintain an applicant database and does not accept file uploads. A validated submission is delivered by email to the authorized recruitment recipient.
Vercel provides website hosting and server processing. Resend provides transactional email delivery. The authorized recipient’s email provider also processes the delivered message. These providers may process limited technical and security information under their own terms. Applicant information is not sold and is not used for marketing by this website.
Retention and deletion
Submissions are kept in the authorized recruitment mailbox only for as long as reasonably needed to review the profile, assess relevant opportunities and complete related follow-up, or to meet a legitimate legal or security need. No fixed retention period has yet been approved. Information should be deleted when it is no longer needed, and an applicant or guardian may request earlier deletion.
Players under 18
Players under 18 must involve a parent or legal guardian. The form reveals guardian fields after the date of birth is entered and will not accept a minor’s submission without the required guardian details and confirmation. A parent or guardian may request access, correction or deletion for the minor.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your information, or object to or restrict its use. You may also withdraw permission for future contact. These requests do not affect processing that was lawful before the request.
How to make a privacy request
If you receive a recruitment follow-up, reply to that message with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. A dedicated public privacy email address and controller postal address have not yet been provided; the site owner must confirm them before the privacy contact record is considered complete.
